⚽️ Thank you to the clients, friends and colleagues of the @mishcon_de_reya Sports Group for coming along to the Mishcon Football Masterclass at the Arsenal Hub alongside @bloomsburyfootball.

🥇It was great to get some tips from @watfordfcofficial captain, Dan Bachmann (and even better to finish as the winning team).

🚨 Big Announcement! 🚨

This week has been a rollercoaster, but we are thrilled to announce a venue change!

18-year-old heavyweight Lewie “Destruction” Pochetty (1-0) will now be fighting on the @boxxer @skysports show, as part of the undercard for the Billam-Smith vs. Riakporhe world title fight.

We need all the support we can get for Lewie, who is ready to cause #Destruction once again. Contact us now for tickets! If you already have tickets, we will exchange them for the new venue. Don’t miss out on this incredible event!

🦸🏽‍♀️MOTIVATION & MINDSET⚡ Whether I'm losing motivation, confidence, a client, a job, a business or the plot, this man picks me up, dusts me off and sends me on my way to achieve. ⁣
⁣
When we got back from the Midlands after lockdown was lifted, I conceded that because I had less space and equipment, my fitness would deteriorate and so would my mindset. Puuurthetic. Mr D had strong words with me and has been pushing me every week without fail. My headspace is clear, my body is strong and what could be an overwhelming time, is much easier. I don't need that much space or equipment at all- I just need to be held accountable.⁣
⁣
High five to this guy and all the other Mr/Miss/Mrs Motivator's out there 🖐🏽 #StrongerTogether 💪🏽⁣
⁣
Pic is post #TrainWright with Mark Wright & Mo Farah (10 sets x5). Video is a bedroom workout via Joe Wicks on the tuuuube (15 sets x2). ⁣

🌊 Sun + Jetski 🌊 Escaping the daily grind with smooth water, a sultry sunset and an afternoon jetskiing in the UAE. So much fun apart from the scary sight of many many jellyfish 🎐 . Had I known last week we were coming back to snow, I might have considered driving this guy off and not comong back ... although wouldn't have gotten far at the speed captured in the pic 🤣 #Throwback .

Today gives us all a great excuse to eat chocolate and a three course dinner whilst wearing sexy clothes 🍫👯‍♀️ Whether you're celebrating loving yourself, your family, friends or partner, we always have space to feel the lurve. Without it, what's the point. Happy valentines day to you lovely people and also to this hunk 🖤 @rakk05 .
