Committee Announcement part 4: Introducing this year’s Kit Sec, Rakeem 🫡

Rakeem will be ensuring everyone this season has one of the LMBC essentials- kit ❗️

When not sorting out the kit for new members, you will find Rakeem in the GDC as we know how much he prioritises his attendance to lectures and group work 😁

After joining the club last year, Rakeem is a fresh and sociable addition to the committee, who often finds joy in partaking in social challenges- as long as they’re scheduled for UTC-2HRS (Rakeem’s own time zone) 😎

Truly a club for the ages.

When this team started 7 years ago with less than 5 guys, to see how far it has come since is unreal. So proud of what the club has become today and I can’t wait to see where y’all go. Some fun throwbacks in here from the years past.

From multiple NAMS Championships, countless dubs and beating netball at their own sport ;) what hasn’t this team accomplished.

Friendly PSA to the juniors, be ready for an ass beating of a lifetime when us doctors come back to play at the alumni game.

‼️And we’re off‼️
Leicester medics basketball have their first game of the season tomorrow against a strong Nepalese side. After a long rest we are back, and we’re looking forwards to seeing debut Rakeem, and uncs yuki and muk play👴🏼
We are also very disappointed by the realisation that Hang will temporarily play for Nepsoc instead of us medics. 👎
We at the club hoped for better integrity. On a lighter note any support would be greatly appreciated.
Come on LMBC- let’s start this season off strongly ❤️❤️
