Just want to take this time to show how a year ago I was at one of my lowest weight since leaving high school and it took me almost 10 years to get serious with health and really find myself to get to that weight. Granted it happened when I came overseas I believe God pulled me away from distractions to get right and show me that’s it’s on me no more excuses‼️ I came into Bahrain at 260lbs feeling down everytime I went into the gym and saw all the fit ones who looked good in their gym clothes and told myself I can get there but didn’t believe it until some of the ones I have met humbly came to talk to me and push me into steering towards the path of not being a “Fat Back”‼️ I took it mad serious and were able reach 199.5LBS and was feeling the best of my life with no more back pains or terrible sinus problems, which motivated me to stay on my journey. Through the years I learned that I enjoy powerlifting and making motivational videos to basically help out others who STARTERS have went out‼️

This is just a message to say TIME IS VALUABLE‼️ It took me a decade to really get myself to a point where I am satisfied and comfortable even though we are NEVER SATISFIED, time matters. Takes notes from everyone around you and cherish those who genuinely are there to help you I REALLY Appreciate all who helped me on this gym journey and still are God Bless and I couldn’t have done it without you‼️ Let’s Keep Growing in Gainz
Currently at 240 still feel a bit chunky but when I look in the mirror I can only smile‼️🙏🏿 WE ARE STILL GOING ITS ONLY GOING TO GET BETTER
