What a weekend at @hocr1965

Sculling in the single was an incredible adventure. Not quite the result I was hoping for, but we made up for it with a win in the Holland 8! 🥇

But what really made this weekend special was the people. An amazing team, the incredible hospitality from @daraalizadeh and @aryaalizadeh , and some great conversations with @cubcsquad along the way.

The results are one thing, but the people and experiences make a weekend like this unforgettable. ❤️

Thanks for a great weekend, Boston. Until next time!

BEGINNEN IS WINNEN! 🚣‍♂️🧡

Thank you, Shanghai 🙏 We had a blast at the first edition of the 2026 World Rowing Shanghai Sprints. Racing in the heart of the city, sharing the water with athletes from around the world and taking home four silver and one bronze medal made for an unforgettable experience. Until next time, Shanghai! 🇨🇳

Silver in the single and bronze in the mixed 8 at the Shanghai World Sprints!!! 🥈🥉
The single was very much out of my comfort zone but a cool experience and luckily the race was only 500meter. The whole week felt like a super fun fever dream with 30 cameras in our faces 24/7 and somehow these are the only photos I have of the whole week

Bumpy ride season 🫨🥈🔥

This season has made me love the four even more ❤️‍🔥

After an inconsistent season finishing second in the men’s four in Amsterdam is crazy! 🧡🍊After three weeks I’m even more proud of the team and the result, although we were only 0,27s away from gold…🤏🏼

Oh and mixing with the girls was great! 👯‍♀️🥈
