Speaking of reflections, I know many of the highs I’ve had this year was from surrounding myself with the best people. Genuine, gracious, hardworking, collaborative, human. These folks taught me to aim higher, be better, and to believe in myself more.

Plus, a special shout-out to my family…who is camera-shy so I got a substitute pic from the Kumars at No. 42. There’s plenty of bickering amongst us 😝 but beneath all of that are love and support; us trying to lift each other up, stumbling while figuring out this changing world together.

I’m truly blessed to have all these folks in my life. Happy holidays and all the best for 2026!

Finally got a chance to look at this lovely little gem of a movie. ( I am biased) not surprisingly most of the people that were involved in this were probably exactly like the musical theatre obsessed protagonist or maybe I’m just speaking for myself.

From Gilbert and Sullivan’s to knowing all of the lyrics to A Chorus Line, Fiddler, Mame, Gypsy, etc. etc etcetera. ( from King and I, dontcha know.)
Americas long history of great musicals is worth embracing, now more than ever.
Thank you Team EGTBG!

Here are some of the pictures I shot of veteran Canadian character actor Marvin Karon...who has also been offering critically acclaimed camera classes here in Canada and overseas at the Actors Centre, the professional development wing of the British actors' union, since 1998. He's a member of AACE and will be starting a new session later this month. Email acting4thecamera@hotmail.com for more details or to enroll
