Movement is medicine, but community is the cure. 🎾✨
A massive thank you to everyone who stepped @rally4everglobal onto the court and brought their energy to today’s @rally4everglobal event!
Watching the pros and coaches do their thing is always inspiring. But as a volunteer who is definitely not a pro, today reminded me of what these events are truly about. It isn’t about nailing a perfect serve or keeping a flawless rally going.
It’s about connection.
Mental health struggles can make the world feel incredibly isolating. But every shared laugh, every missed shot, and every high-five on that court is a reminder that we are never alone. You don’t have to be a professional athlete or an expert to make a difference—you just have to show up as you are.
To anyone fighting a quiet battle right now: your presence matters. Keep showing up, keep connecting, and let’s keep supporting each other, one rally at a time. 💙

Great day for our Managing Director, Matt Krog, representing Sports Gold Coast at the Rally4Ever event today.

Rally4Ever is battling mental health issues by encouraging us all to get outside and create meaningful connections through sport.

Each team today included one elite athlete, and the SGC team was fortunate to call Titans NRLW player, Georgia Grey, a teammate.

Great event. Great cause. Great fun.
