Café owners and small business owners, this one’s for the nights you’re still doing payroll math after close. 🧾

We’re Ralph & Malyn. We’ve run three Pochi bubble tea cafes, and for years the part nobody warned us about wasn’t the people. It was the paperwork. The schedules due by midnight. The training docs. The “did we make enough to cover rent?” spreadsheet.

That’s not why you opened your business, but it’s what eats your day.

So we built the checklists, trackers, and templates we wish someone had handed us, made by operators for operators. Buy once, and every update to that product is yours at no extra cost. We’ll let you know whenever one drops.

👇 What’s the one task that keeps you up past close? Tell us. We might build the fix next.

Celebrating 11 years of Pochi but that’s 11 years of it being in our hands. Our history with Pochi began before that.

Family parties that turned into boba runs. Post dance events/dance practice tradition - hanging out at Pochi afterwards. A time it was.

So many memories & these were the few photos I could manage to find of back then🙈😂😭

S/o @imacco.. got me going down memory lane 😄

Hi 👋 we’re Built by Purpose Co., and we’re really glad you’re here.

We’re Ralph & Malyn, the owners behind Pochi Bubble Tea with three locations, 10+ years of operations experience, and a lot of late nights.

Running a small business taught us something nobody warns you about: it’s hard, often lonely, and full of decisions nobody hands you a manual for.

So we built the manual.

Built by Purpose Co. makes practical guides, templates, and spreadsheets that give small-business owners the same structured systems big companies use — for hiring, pricing, operations, leadership, and your own finances. Sized for a real team and a real budget. No fluff, no jargon, and honestly priced.

Here’s how to start:

🎁Grab our free Daily Cafe Operations Checklist in the shop. This was adjusted to fit most cafes.

🛍️Explore the full toolkit → www.builtbypurposeco.com

❤️Give us a follow — we’ll be sharing real operator tips, ready-to-use templates, and behind-the-counter lessons from running our own shops.

Welcome aboard! Let’s build something that lasts.

Chef Joe does not miss! Food is always 🔥🔥🔥

Favorite dinner spot in Snohomish. Great ambiance to chit chat with friends or have a romantic dinner. I hear the wine is amazing but Ralph and I don’t drink 😅 They have an outdoor patio that is open during the warmer months and ofc food is always top tier.

As business owners ourselves, we definitely like to go out and support local businesses when we can 🤗

Being a little bit more detailed oriented on the interior! This Interior was literally a 7.5/10 in my opinion before I started! I spent about 1hr and 30min on the tailgate, rear trunk and 2nd row seats due to the “ impossible carpet” as we like to call was paired with dog hair that grew like weeds everytime I scrubbed and vacuumed it! It was never ending but I like a challenge! Owner was really happy with the results!

Dm to schedule an appointment today!
