Big night with the Matildas! 🇦🇺v🇨🇦

The energy in the stadium was amazing - positive, electric and green-gold all the way (though a few Canadians got a cheerful joshing in the loo queues).

So many little girls and women in the crowd, can't believe the 4-0 result, and even with captain Sam Kerr strapped up and on the sidelines.

A little bit hoarse today, huge thanks to @ralz and @visitvictoria for the chance to experience the only Matildas match being played in Melbourne at the women's 2023 FIFA tournament.

We were celebrating a beautiful human ( @ralz ) moving onto a new and wonderful job, and caught up with some lovely people I haven’t seen for a while.

It was special 🥰

Ps: today I’m at home, all alone and in my Ugg boots, and that’s pretty special as well 😉

What an absolute honour to see @federalmills featured in the Channel 7 coverage of the Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race in our home town last weekend.

Anyone else love a long weekend but struggle to fit the rest of the working week into four short days??!?

Thrilled that our cabins have graced the pages of this month’s Women’s Weekly.
The travel experts hand picked an inspiring destination from each state, highlighting the Aussie gems in our backyard. Exciting to see the Bellarine Peninsula has a seat at the board table alongside Noosa and Kangaroo Island! (Always great work by @visitgeelongbellarine !)

So if a magazine that’s been running for over 100 years insists that you absolutely must book a girls’ weekend at The Woods, who are you to disagree?
Rally your people, find a date and start lusting over our wineries, boutiques, beaches and restaurants. We have an amazing itinerary ready for your visit.

Do you agree that there’s literally nothing that fills your cup more than a girls weekend? The laughs, the relatable chats and the personal space (sorry family!) is nourishing and necessary for one’s soul.

So I’m heading away in a few months with my ladies (and yes it took at least 1050 WhatsApp messages to find a date that worked…familiar story?) But just having that date in the diary helps me to breathe and makes Omicron mutating seem about as significant as a rock garden.

State of Wellness Summit was such a great event for many reasons.

It was a great opportunity for guests to gather together to re-connect, collaborate and celebrate our health, wellbeing, community and connection with one another. At the moment, social connection and wellbeing is so important after the 18 months we have been through.

Guests enjoyed some mindfulness, massage, conscious conversations and even some laughing yoga.
