A day and night at Schoolie '26

Skoolie 2026 gave us the honor of offering two ecstatic dances to this wild, beautiful desert family. 🌵✨

And the community showed up.

The song in this reel talks about wanting it all — the perfect body, the perfect night, the perfect life. But standing in that circle, watching everyone move, sweat, laugh, cry, bounce on the trampoline, and fully express… it was so clear:

You’re already it.

You don’t have to transform into something better to belong. The shift happens when you show up as you are.
When you let yourself be seen without polishing the edges. When you trust that your realness is enough.

That’s where energy turns into connection.
That’s where strangers turn into family.
That’s where a group of nomads in the desert becomes community.

Thank you to every single human who trusted the process and met us on that dance floor. You transmuted sound into joy. Movement into belonging. Intention into something we could all feel.

Huge gratitude to @_yolilv1_ for the unreal drone footage and @nick_nobrega for capturing the heart of it all.

We offer ecstatic dances because we believe in spaces where people remember who they are. And Skoolie 2026 reminded us exactly why. 🍓💃✨

Grateful to call this Mesa out in the Arizona desert home these last few weeks, and be welcomed into such a beautiful community of gypsies from all over the continent. Was looking at the license plates in our circle and almost every one was from a different state or province. After travelling solo for two months it was such a gift to gather, share and connect through music, art and everyones rad builds. Would start and end each day up on someone's rooftop deck staring out at hundreds and hundreds of other bus conversions. Smiling and howling, happy that this life and these rigs brought us all together. ♡

Skoolie palooza 2025…
This was as good as any over the last 5 that I have had the pleasure to be a part of. It’s the one time of the year that friends who live on the outskirts of society year round gather to share in what feels like sacred ritual of reunion.
This life we create in our own way individually is also a shared collective experience that mirrors nothing in the popular American experience. Rare are the folk who do this as a true lifestyle for many years consistently, and for those of who do live this way this time of year is precious.
Such a bummer that some folk feel compelled to manage organic things that need no governmental vibes and end up being happy to divide what’s not theirs to change and confuse newcomers to the community but some folks seem unable to help themselves to helping themselves to things that aren’t for them to take.
Divide,trademark,misleading about “the one and only”,change location and even charging for merchandise or attendance…
The real thing continues gratefully as good as it’s ever been.❤️❤️❤️ps there are too many friends to list that I couldn’t fit in the tag section because there’s a limit and I just tagged to a saw first. But if you’re not tagged in this, don’t think it’s cause you don’t matter to me,you do.
