GHO THRIVE COMBINE RECAP:

Today marked @cityfitnessofficial Graduate Hospital’s second annual Thrive Combine!

The ZFLECK crew came out strong today and crushed it!

Words cannot express how grateful I am for the community I’ve been able to create with my clients over my three years as a Thrive Coach. These are some of the brightest, funniest, and hard working people I’ve ever been around. I can’t thank them enough for the work they all continue to put in week in and week out. You guys all rock, never EVER change.

The culture in our Thrive department as a whole is something else. The relationships I’ve built with my coworkers over my time at City Fitness are something very special to me. We have a special group, and events like this showcase that.

To cap it all off, I hit an EASY 2:06 on my 1-mile assault bike sprint 👀
