⁨ نظّم جهاز العلاقات الخارجية بالتعاون مع جهاز التنشئة السياسية في القوات اللبنانية، وبالشراكة مع مؤسسة كونراد آديناور (KAS)، برنامج Lead Forward التدريبي، الهادف إلى تطوير مهارات جيل جديد من القيادات السياسية وتعزيز قدراته القيادية، بمشاركة المدرّبين طوني درويش، ميشال الدكاش ورامي الدكاش.

وعلى مدى ثلاثة أيام، خُصّص البرنامج لمشاركي مناطق البترون وطرابلس، الكورة، عكار والمنية - الضنية، وجمع بين الجلسات التفاعلية والتطبيق العملي، متناولًا مجموعة من المحاور، أبرزها الذكاء العاطفي وديناميكيات العمل الجماعي، وفهم الشخصيات والسلوك البشري، والقيادة المسؤولة، وصناعة القرار، وتحمل المسؤولية، والتواصل السياسي، والتأثير والإقناع، والظهور أمام الجمهور.

وشهد البرنامج زيارة النائب إيلي خوري عن منطقة طرابلس، والنائب غياث يزبك عن منطقة البترون، منسق منطقة البترون جو فغالي، منسق منطقة الكورة رشاد نقولا، ومنسق منطقة طرابلس فادي محفوض، حيث التقوا بالمشاركين واطّلعوا على مجريات البرنامج ومحاوره التدريبية.

ويأتي برنامج Lead Forward في إطار الاستثمار في الطاقات الشابة وإعداد قيادات قادرة على تحمّل المسؤولية والمساهمة بفاعلية في الحياة السياسية والعامة، من خلال تجربة تدريبية تجمع بين المعرفة والتفاعل والتطبيق العملي.⁩

The Foreign Affairs Department, in cooperation with the Political Formation Department of the Lebanese Forces, and in partnership with the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS), organized the Lead Forward training program, aimed at developing the skills of a new generation of political leaders and strengthening their leadership capacities, with the participation of trainers Tony Darwish, Michel Dakache, and Rami Dakache.

Over the course of three days, the program was dedicated to participants from the Batroun, Tripoli, Koura, Akkar, and Minieh-Danniyeh regions. It combined interactive sessions with practical exercises and addressed a range of key topics, including emotional intelligence and team dynamics, understanding personalities and human behavior, responsible leadership, decision-making, accountability, political communication, influence and persuasion, and public speaking and presence.

The program also welcomed visits from MP Elie Khoury of Tripoli, MP Ghassan Yazbeck of Batroun, Batroun District Coordinator Joe Feghali, Koura District Coordinator Rachad Nicolas, a
