✨🥂 TEN YEARS. ✨🥂 What started as a love for cake became a room full of celebration, community, memories, and moments I’ll never forget. 🤍 Last weekend, we officially celebrated 10 years of Sweet Cakes by Ray with an anniversary gala and museum-inspired experience designed to honor the journey, the people, and the purpose behind the brand. 🎂✨ From the cake flights 🍰 to the custom artwork 🎨, the conversations 🫶🏾, the champagne toast 🥂, and every guest who walked through those doors, this night was more than an event. It was a reminder of what can happen when faith, consistency, and community meet purpose. 🙏🏾 For months, I dreamed, planned, pivoted, prayed, and prepared for this moment. To finally see it come to life was overwhelming in the best way. 🥹🤍 ✨ A special thank you to the talented artists @reggiewayne_1 and @britneydrake_ for helping bring the museum experience to life through your beautiful commissioned pieces. 🎨🤍 Your creativity, talent, and willingness to trust the vision added so much depth and meaning to the experience, and I am incredibly grateful for the role you played in helping tell the Sweet Cakes by Ray story. ✨ Thank you to every person who purchased a ticket, shared a post, volunteered, supported, encouraged me, or simply believed in the vision. You helped make this milestone unforgettable. ✨ This is only the beginning. Here’s a look inside the celebration. 🥂🎂🤍 🎨 Featured Artists: @reggiewayne_1 @britneydrake_ 📸 Photography: @donzaleighinc 🎈 Balloon Design: @lolalloons #SweetCakesByRay #NashvilleEvents #LegacyBuilder #FounderLife #CelebrateEverything

My girl @clarkebyard and I hosted Girls’ Night Out x The Devil Wears Prada 2 and brought all the girls to the yard for a night that was equal parts chic, cinematic, and unforgettable. 💅🏽🎬✨ There are girls’ nights… and then there are moments that move the room. A night where style meets sisterhood, where every detail is intentional, and every woman shows up as her most confident self. This was that. Thank you @davidyurman for a magical night ✨ I wrote this on my goals list at the end of 2023 (to work with a luxury jewelry brand) and never in a million years did I imagine that I would get to work with such an iconic brand! Let alone, host my own private event! Mind blowing!! This all started with a small conversation at a @raisefashionnow event in NYC During fashion week! Moral of the story is, put yourself out there and write it down and make it plain!! GOD WILL EXCEED YOUR EXPECTATIONS! 🙏🏾

One of the best decisions I made was to pitch an idea with @justinwoolen31 to team together, filming wedding videos. How we have matured over the past 4-5 years filming wedding videos and challenging ourselves to be better, has taken us a long way. We have open our calendar up for the next year and to all of our clients (family) Thank you for trusting us with your special day! Share & like this post so we can break this horrible algorithm instagram have!! Follow @_thelovelyexperience for more of our work and questions, if you have them.
