We made a bachata choreo inspired by some of our favorite bachata artists 👀

@sarah.lamorena @samyelmagico @ramon_bachata @sabrinaconflow @acefusion_official

Explanation (PLEASE READ) : these aren’t moves invented by any of these artists, I just associate them with those artists because they have their own specific style or I saw a video of them doing it and wanted to include it in the choreo. Each move I gave a name based on the artist I recalled it from. For this class I wanted to teach different types of styles and musicality for bachata, and that you don’t have to prescribe to a certain way or style. As I taught each move, I related it to the style of each artist, so Ace was more staccato movements and precise, Ramon was more grounded and had a bounce, Sarah and Sabrina’s were more flow, Samy’s was more nonchalant and clean. We did this all in one hour btw so if it’s not perfect that’s okay, the lesson was instilled, and I’m going to keep working on this choreo to refine it more for myself since I love it so much. Hope the artists featured see it as well. Love yall. Keep doing what u doing. One day we’d love to work with yall.

P.S: Choreo is called “Popurrí”
