A quick Birthday Brag on my boy: Aidan & team had a tough season opener last week. He was told this week, that his reps at QB would be less and that they needed help on the defensive side of the ball due to injuries. I am so proud of what he DIDN’T DO. He didn’t pout, he didn’t quit. My wife & I didn’t demand a meeting w/ the AD or Head Coach. Our son chose the team, he chose to do what was required of him. He led. If he hadn’t have gotten in the game I would still be proud of how he handled himself. All he did instead, was throw for 3TD’s, Rush for 1 TD, and had the game sealing INT on defense to close out the game. HAPPY BIRTHDAY SON…I’m so proud of you!!

Not sure why we’re met with adversity every time we travel together, but going into the New Year this is what I do know… we cannot control every aspect of our lives but we can control how we react to those situations. I will choose love, I will choose gratitude, and I will choose prayer. Trusting in the Lord and the path he’s creating will be the only constant we can rely on.

I feel incredibly blessed to have been able to travel to NOLA and have the memories we made to cherish for years to come. I’m grateful to have witnessed such an exciting Notre Dame victory with my family. And I’m so thankful for the endless amount of caffeine and energy that carried us through our long overnight drive home.

Always Go Irish 🍀💛

Final leg of AK Vacay 2024 - said goodbye to fish camp & the bus; but then 5 minutes before boarding decided to take a flight credit opportunity and extend the trip just one more day. 🫡 Until next time Alaska

This is what 8:45pm and 10am look like during Alaskan summers. ☀️ Denali/Anchorage Day 2 - who knew this vacation would also be a brewery tour with amazing beers and ciders! @moosestoothpub was divine

Only 5% of people that visit Denali National Park get to visibly see all of Mount McKinley — and we got to be a part of that group today! After our horrible flight delays to get here we deserved to have some luck on our side. Alaska Day 1 felt like 3 days in the best way. So grateful to be here and experience this with the people I love
