Game Day Bacon Jam Sliders🥓🍔

Burger Patties
-season with salt, pepper, whatever else you want

Fries
-cut russet potatoes into slim slices
-boil until fork tender
-fry in hot oil until golden crispy
-lightly salt and pepper, paprika, and seasoning salt

Bacon Jam Ingredients🥓
Bacon (1 lb, thick cut)
Onion (1 large, diced)
Garlic (3–4 cloves)
Brown sugar (½ cup)
Maple syrup or honey (¼ cup)
Apple cider vinegar (3 tbsp)
Apple juice or water (¼ cup)
Soy sauce or Worcestershire (1 tbsp)
Black pepper (heavy)
Chili flakes or cayenne
Smoked paprika optional

-Crisp up bacon in a pan
-remove excess fat
-throw in diced jalapeño, onion, and garlic
-let veggies get soft then add in brown sugar, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, water or apple juice, soy sauce, black pepper, salt, chili flakes, and paprika
-let simmer and enjoy!
