⭐ September Members Of The Month ⭐

Hull’s member of the month goes to Gareth Foster. Gaz had a nasty leg break back in May and has been wearing a cage ever since. This hasnt stopped him training. Gaz has been in consistently, adapting workouts and doing everything he can to stay fit. And he had a big milestone this week as the cage finall comes off!

Humber’s member of the month goes to Ben Ramsey. Ben has been super consistent for a while now. He has improved so much all round in his strength, fitness and movement and is great to have on a class.

Great work to both, keep it up!

Happy Birthday to my gorgeous husband. Not a day goes by that I don’t count myself so so lucky that I get to spend the rest of my life with you. You make me laugh every day, you are my safe place & my home. You make even the ordinary days my favourites. I hope this year brings you as much happiness as you bring me. I love you more than you know, Ben. 🤍
