A sound bath for reconnecting with your feminine energy. ✨🤍

For this session, I chose a special set of Crystal Tones Alchemy Bowls and played them with the intention of connecting to the Magdalene within you and the healed grandmother energy in your lineage.

The Magdalene represents the woman who trusts herself, speaks her truth, loves deeply, and no longer shrinks to be accepted.

The healed grandmother represents the women who came before us, and the patterns, emotions, and stories we are ready to release so we can move forward with more freedom, softness, and self trust.

This practice is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering the woman you already are. 🌹

Close your eyes, breathe, set an intention, and allow the sound of the Alchemy Bowls to support your meditation.

Only want ONE crystal singing bowl? Here’s what I recommend! ✨💎

If you’re starting your sound healing journey and only want one Alchemy Bowl, I recommend a 10” or 12” crystal singing bowl in the F or F# note.

These notes are traditionally associated with the heart chakra and grounding, making them a beautiful choice for meditation, relaxation, and daily sound healing practices. 💚

One of my favorites is this stunning 12” F+15 Abalone with Ocean Gold Alchemy Bowl, inspired by the wisdom of the ocean, emotional connection, and heart-centered energy. 🌊✨

Remember, your first singing bowl doesn’t have to be this exact one. The most important thing is finding a sound that resonates with you!

When life feels heavy, allow the soothing embrace of sound to lift you. In the gentle resonance of healing frequencies, we find solace and connection to our true selves. It’s a reminder that we can always start anew. Let your heart sing. 💞✨

What makes these bowls so colorful? 🌈

One of the questions I get asked most often is, “Are these bowls dyed?”

The answer is no. ✨

Crystal Tones™ bowls are never dyed and aren’t made with artificial coloring. Their beautiful colors come from the natural materials and minerals used to create them, along with the unique alchemy of the manufacturing process.

They’re crafted with all-natural materials and made to the highest standards of quality — so every bowl has its own unique color, character, and energy.

Nature really is the best artist. 🤍

You know the feeling… that post sound bath stretch ✨

Being immersed in the high-frequency tones of a sound bath is an experience like no other. That moment when you come out of a sound bath, feeling completely grounded, relaxed, and reset, is a feeling that can stay with you long after the experience ends.

After a sound bath, remember to drink plenty of water and give yourself some space to move slowly and be gentle with yourself. 🤍

We just hosted our Alchemy Bowls Sound Bath at the Laguna Art Museum, and we have more beautiful events coming up!

Follow along for upcoming announcements. 🫶
