❤️love uuuu soo much⁩⁩

Dr. Aikyna Finch, PCC, is a passionate DEIB leader, educator, and strategist committed to creating inclusive spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. As the Vice President of DEIB for the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she leads global initiatives that champion equity and belonging. With a Doctorate of Management and advanced degrees in technology and marketing, Dr. Finch merges data-driven strategy with human-centered leadership. She is also a TEDx speaker, author, and certified coach. Through her voice, vision, and advocacy, Dr. Finch empowers individuals and organizations to transform DEIB from intention into impactful, lasting action.

She will be our speaker at the upcoming CoachME Community Café event:
📆19th October 2026
🕔5:00 pm London

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) work are at a defining moment. Organizations are navigating backlash, budget shifts, AI disruption, generational tension, and global complexity. Some are retreating. Others are reimagining.

This 60-minute talk explores the current state of DEIB with clarity and courage. No fluff. No fear-based rhetoric. Just facts, patterns, and forward strategy.

We will examine where DEIB stands today. The progress made, the performative practices exposed, the political pressures influencing corporate decisions, and the real data behind what is working and what is not.

Participants will gain a grounded understanding of the systemic forces shaping inclusion efforts across industries.

Then we pivot. Where is DEIB going? What will matter in 2026 and beyond? How will AI, global markets, workforce expectations, and leadership accountability reshape this work? What skills will inclusive leaders need? What infrastructure must organizations build if they want inclusion to move from statement to strategy?

This session reframes DEIB from a compliance initiative to a competitive advantage. From programming to systems. From performative to measurable. From reactive to regenerative.
