Creating, teaching, choreographing, coaching, movement directing… 2025 was filled with a LOT of studio time and I couldn’t be more grateful 🥲🤗✨. Leading class, running rehearsals, working 1 on 1 with dancers of all levels and artists of crazy talent-I don’t know if I’m ever more fulfilled than working with others in this way.

Thank you to those who show up each week, those who truly want to hone in on their craft, and those who have had me a part of their projects - you all push me to be the best version of myself, and watching you grow at the same time is such a joy.

Much of the work behind the scenes never sees the light of day so here’s a small glimpse into my year in the studio! 💫

Shout out to the students, artists, managers, directors & studios that are a part of my journey!

Here’s to much more of this in 2026! Happy New Year y’all!! 🥳🥰✨

It all began in 6th grade with my older sister @teachercelineph and Powerdance. Now in my late 30s, I get to fall in love with dance all over again- and it feels just as magical. Grateful for this space, dance friends, and amazing choreographers! ✨ @mdcdance #dance • Thank you, @kkjans @samallenswag_ @randi.teaches @dexdexrevolution and @supremehero! Love attending your classes! ♥️

Wowww looking back on the classes from 2024 and all I can feel is gratitude!! Thank you to each & every student and friend who has walked into these rooms with me! I will never take your energy & trust for granted 🥲. Watching you all push & grow is literally one of my favorite things in this world, and that’s fact 💯!! New class announcements coming soon but for now I hope you’ll enjoy this little glimpse into the fun from my Beg HH classes this past year 🤩. Huge thanks to @mdcdance for having me always 🙏🏻♥️🥰. 2025 here we gooooooo 💥✨
