Eu nem estava gravando vídeo. 😂

“VASSOURA E RODO!” 🧹😂

Eu simplesmente desisti e desliguei a câmera.
Porque na minha casa o conteúdo acontece sozinho.

E agora fica a pergunta:

Alguma marca de underwear vai ter coragem de patrocinar o homem que inventou a “pinteca”? 😂👀

🚨 ATENÇÃO, MARCAS DE CUECA:
Meu marido tem uma teoria e eu acho que essa conversa precisa de um patrocinador. 😂

WHEN YOU CAN’T RUN, SWIM. 🌊

What happens when the plan falls apart?

Do you stop?

Do you wait for things to go back to normal?

Or do you adapt and find another way forward?

Sometimes progress doesn’t look like progress.

You may not be able to train the way you want.
You may face setbacks, obstacles, or circumstances completely outside your control. But every challenge gives you an opportunity to develop in a different area.

Adapt. Learn. Grow. Keep moving.

Build the mindset to embrace change. Build the ability to adapt when circumstances shift.
And build the resilience to keep pushing forward when the path looks nothing like you expected.

Growth isn’t always about doing more of the same. Sometimes growth comes from being forced to find a new way.

As Charles Darwin famously said:
“It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.”
So when the plan changes, don’t stand still.

Reset. Adapt. Find another way.

Don’t let the setback become the story.
Let it become the reason you become stronger, more adaptable and more resilient.

🔥 Whatever your circumstances are today, ask yourself: What can I do with what I have, and how can I keep moving forward?
Keep moving. Keep growing.
Keep adapting. Find your way forward.

5 things I’d tell you regardless of how worried I am about your feelings 👇

1) You need to train harder

2) See point 1

3) You need to actually do your cardio

One of the challenges you are going to face, is overcoming the temptation to keep changing things.

In fact, I’d go so far as to say that one of the most important mindset you can develop in the gym…

Is the ability to be happy and content doing the same thing over and over and over again.

Not for days or weeks, or even months. But years. Decades.

And I know that you can already do this, because you do it in so many other aspects of your life.

You go to work and perform the same tasks over and over again. You walk around the house, you perform the same chores over and over again.

And whatever your hobbies are, whether it’s weird nerd shit like Warhammer or Dungeons & Dragons…

Or something like “ruggers” or “footie ball” (do I pass as a normie yet?)…

You will happily spend hours every week playing the same games or watching the same teams.

Some coaches preach about the need to be okay doing the boring things. Which is fine, but it’s a short-term solution.

Personally, I think you should try to find the enjoyment in the monotony.

Ricky and Mike have been doing the same exercises every week, of every month, for the last two years. That’s why they keep getting stronger. That’s why they keep doing more reps and adding more weight. And gentlemen, just in case you are reading this, you will continue to do those exercises.

For weeks. For months. For years.

Soz.
