I FOUND THE SPOT FOR YOUR NEXT BIRTHDAY BRUNCH IN DETROIT!!! 👀🥂🎉

My homeboy BEEN telling me to come to @thebreakfastloft and I finally made it! I brought my girl @randiirl along, and listen… 😂

The food was GOOD AF! We started with the soul food breakfast buffet and a table-side omelet, but chile, I wish I would’ve known they were bringing out MORE FOOD because we were already stuffed! 😭

Crab legs, lobster tail, shrimp, a mimosa flight, pancakes, waffles, salmon croquettes, shrimp and grits… BABY, it was a FEAST! 🤤

And the vibes? Oh, they had that place TURNT! 😂💃🏽 The DJ was going, everybody was celebrating something, and we were literally dancing while we ate. They were even doing celebratory shots for the birthday crews! 🥂

Now, this is definitely a lively, turn-up kind of brunch, so if that’s your vibe, you’ll have a good time!

📍 The Breakfast Loft | Downtown Detroit

ONE THING: They’re only open on the weekends, so if you’re trying to go THIS WEEKEND, make your reservation NOW! I can already tell this place gets busy.

Tag your birthday brunch crew and save this for your next celebration! 🥂😂

A time was had yesterday! 😂🔥

So many familiar faces, met so many new people, and got to create with some really dope people too.

Me and @hikariwoodberry linked up as photographer + creative director and made some magic in the library 📸🤝🏾

Big love to @socialnthecity , @micahshumake and the whole @sntc.events crew for putting all of this together and continuing to create space for us to just pull up, connect and CREATE.

Just my first set. More to come!!

Detroit got some cold creatives man. 🫶🏾

@experiencezuzu was such a great 1st time experience and our server Alex was amazing! Which makes since because she too, was a LEO🤣🤏🏾🦁
I loved the walnut shrimp, and although the shrimp was very dry lol. It wasn’t the worst I’ve had. It was more so sticky rice!
The drinks = strong and cutesy! And only $4 on Thursdays! They also offer happy hour! Check them out for your own personal experience & lmk your thoughts! I’d visit again and try their happy hour for sure!
Rays, I’m looking forward to trying out maybe more so during the day!
Can anybody tell me the bar we last entered? 👀

Stories worth sharing🌟💙

One of the MOST special parts of this year’s Talphah Summer Bash was hearing directly from our Talphah Summer Spotlight Features.

Different journeys. Different industries. Different experiences. But each person stepped up to the mic and gave us something real.

They shared pieces of their journey, opened up about challenges and pivotal moments along the way, and left us with wisdom and encouragement for anyone building, creating, growing, or simply figuring out what’s next.

Thank you to each of our Spotlight Features for allowing us into your story and being willing to share it with our community🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒💐

We believe there is power in hearing how someone else got to where they are — because sometimes their story is exactly what someone else in the room needed to hear.

Your story matters. Keep sharing it🌟

The best part of the Bash? Always the PEOPLE💙

The smiles were real. The laughs were loud and the room was filled with people genuinely connecting, supporting one another, and enjoying the moment🤭🤗

This is what we love about bringing people together. You never know who you’ll meet, what conversation you’ll have, or what new connection might continue long after the event is over.

To everyone who came and added your energy to the room, thank you for being part of what made TSB 2026 so special🥹💐

This is community. This is Talphah💙

TSB 2026💙

The Talphah Summer Bash was everything we hoped it would be: full of connection, creativity, celebration, and most importantly, COMMUNITY.

From the conversations and laughter to the new connections, shared stories, businesses being discovered, and people simply enjoying each other, the room was filled with so many moments worth remembering.

Thank you to every person who showed up, supported, connected, created, celebrated, and helped make this year’s Bash what it was💐

Connect × Create × Celebrate.
