Skincare news worth waiting for? 👀

Shaklee has a new serum on the way, and I’m excited to try it myself. Exosomes are one of the most talked-about ingredients in skincare right now, so I’m digging into what they are and why everyone’s curious.

I’ll share how it goes once it’s in my routine. Honest thoughts, no hype.

It launches at the end of the month. Want first dibs on the details? Comment VIP and I’ll add you to my list. 💬

Not everyone you love shares your last name. Some just show up, stay through every version of you and quietly become family 🤟🏾

I’ve been thinking about why I still choose to do this.

And for me, it really comes down to a few things.

I love the science. I love learning. I love being able to help people feel better, get healthier, stay healthier — and hopefully live longer with a high quality of life.

I love the community too. Being around people who inspire me, challenge me, keep growing, and genuinely want to serve others means a lot to me.

And yes, I enjoy the extras — the trips, gifts, experiences, and the income potential.

But what matters most is that this still gives me purpose, stimulation, connection, and something that feels like mine.💖

That’s why I do it.

Tomorrow night there’s a free online event about where wellness is going — the trends, products, and bigger picture.

If you’re curious, message me and I’ll send you the link. 💜

Apparently “Foundations” does NOT mean easy. 😂

Walked out of yoga today feeling like absolute Jell-O… in the best way.

My friend, Jess teaches this class and she is SO good at making us hold a pose just long enough that you start questioning all your life choices 🤣 — then she comes around, tweaks your form to a T, reminds you to breathe… and somehow we all hang in there.

You can practically feel everyone around you thinking, “I’m going down…” but nobody does. 😂 And by the end, we’re all laughing like, WE MADE IT.

But here’s why I keep coming back: those long holds are isometric work — building strength and stability without a lot of movement through the joint. For someone like me who has dealt with more than my fair share of tendon and ligament injuries, that kind of controlled strength work is exactly what I need.

So yes… Jell-O today. Stronger tomorrow. 💪🧘‍♀️

And Jess, I mean this lovingly… you are sneaky. 😂

I’ve been on hormone therapy since I started menopause at 54, and personally, it’s been incredibly helpful for me. But here’s what I really want people to understand: this isn’t just about hot flashes. We have estrogen receptors throughout our entire body, so when estrogen drops, it affects bone, brain, heart, muscle, gut….pretty much everything.

Everybody’s body and situation is different, and it matters greatly to find a clinician who actually has education and experience in menopause care.

I’d love to hear your experience with this, good, bad, or still on the fence.
