Consider how clothes serve as a protective shield, guarding against the intrusion of unwanted energies entering into our sacred body. When we envelop ourselves in the circular elegance of a saree, its pleats not just accentuate our form but also serve as a receptacle for any negative energies attempting to penetrate our aura.🧿

Intriguingly, energy moves in circular pattern ,meaning that when enveloped in the circular folds of a saree, negative energy finds itself entrapped within the pleats and wrinkles, incapable of breaching our inner sanctum. This ancient wisdom finds resonance in the traditional garments like lungis and dhotis, designed in circular patterns to harness this protective energy field.

Back in the days, circular garments like lungis and dhotis were favoured for their ability to shield the body from unwanted negative energy. These garments cover the navel area, akin to the open space/ Brahmasthan in a house, where maximum energy, air and sunlight are observed.

Similarly, in our bodies, the navel is like the Brahmasthan, where sunlight is absorbed around it to produce vitamin D. This area is where we feel positive energy, which we then spread throughout our bodies.
