What if? Maybe this is the season where things finally start falling into place. Where the prayers turn into blessings, the waiting starts making sense, and the things you once worried about become the things you thank God for.

Maybe the best chapters of your life aren’t behind you… maybe they’re just beginning. 🤍✨

So good to see so many friends last night. Larry Fullmer and his team have built a real treasure for Utah with the Fullmer Legacy Center. I am proud to be associated with such an honorable group of people. Utah now has a Boxing Hall of Fame! Great meeting Danny “little red” Lopez, WBC Featherweight champion of the world from 1976-1980. We sat next to Fres “ fast Fres” Oquendo, 3x World Heavyweight Challenger, who has fought many notable fighters including Evander Holyfield. It all kicked off with my good friend Memphis ripping the coolest rendition of the National Anthem you’ll ever see. Video is the last thumbnail, be sure to watch. GREAT NIGHT!!!

Standing high above the world, the cross disappears into the clouds—a powerful reminder that even when the path ahead is hidden, faith still stands. Through the fog, the storms, and the uncertainty, the cross remains.

Walking out onto the back deck and being greeted by this view—a rainbow stretching across the sky behind the lodge. Just another reminder that some of life’s greatest moments are the ones you never planned.

Our 25th @bdfstronghold program is happening now at @rangevalleyranch

#Stronghold is a weeklong, in-person program - not a retreat - that creates a trusted, enduring team space where Special Operations Forces operators and professional athletes come together with leading experts and physicians to forge bonds, deepen understanding around injury, identity, and purpose, reinforcing that we are not broken and we are not alone.

September 11, 2001, was a day that changed America forever. Today, we honor the innocent lives that were taken, the first responders who ran toward danger, and the brave men and women who answered the call to serve afterward. We remember the courage, sacrifice, and unity that brought our nation together during its darkest hours. May we never forget those we lost, the heroes who gave everything, and the strength of the American spirit. 🇺🇸

Some weekends we attend.
And some weekends change us. 🇺🇸🐎

A retreat created for veterans and military filled with wild mustangs, sound healing, breathwork, learning, laughter, incredible food, and moments of connection that will stay with me forever.

I am deeply grateful to co-facilitate alongside such an extraordinary group of humans, and even more grateful for every veteran and military member who showed up, shared their stories, opened their hearts, and allowed themselves to simply be.

To @rangevalleyranch thank you for opening your gates and sharing your beautiful land with us. Your hospitality, generosity, and care creates a space where something truly special unfolds. And @kelsea_mcg my magic wand. Thank you. 🪄

I came home with a fuller heart and a deeper appreciation for the power of connection, nature, healing, and serving my community.

Sometimes healing is breathing.
Sometimes it’s lying with a wild mustang.
Sometimes its standing beneath an American flag with strangers who understand what it means to serve. These strangers became family.

Forever grateful for this weekend, these people, and the memories we create together. Until next time…

After three days of relentless wind, rain, and mountain weather, we finally caught a small window to bring her down safely.

80 x 40 feet of Old Glory.
160 feet in the air.
And a group of veterans and their loved ones who didn’t hesitate to step into the storm and work together to protect her.

There’s something pretty powerful about watching those who once served under this flag come together to care for her. 🇺🇸

Rain pouring. Wind howling. Everyone pulling together. ❤️

This weekend, We Uplift You Nonprofit Foundation, 1° of Change, and Mustang Medicine came together to create something sacred a place where veterans and first responders and their spouses could find safety, experience healing, and begin returning home to themselves.

There was peace among the mountain ranges and so much love, compassion, and empathy for every person sharing the space. God never misses we were all there for a reason. We arrived with different stories and wounds, but we left with deep friendships that will continue far beyond this weekend.

As I witnessed each person courageously choose their healing, parts of me began to heal especially the places that still carry the loss of my brother a Vetran to suicide. I deeply wish he could have experienced a space like this one where he felt safe, supported, witnessed, and reminded that he was never alone.

Although my brother’s story will forever be woven into mine, I am learning that I can turn the pain into purpose. Being part of this work is healing places within me, too.

I am so proud of every veteran and first responder who walked through the doors of Range Valley Ranch and chose themselves. We all have wounds to heal. We all have emotions waiting to be felt. But when we do this work together held by a community rooted in trust and safety something powerful begins to shift.

Watching you raise the flag you fought for endlessly, with honor, respect, and reverence, is a moment I will carry in my heart forever.

My deepest gratitude to Butch,Jeff, Robin, Hugh, Justin, Karl, and every soul who entered this sacred space. It was an honor to witness each of you. I have never felt so much reverence, heart, and soul gathered in one place as I did this weekend.

I am endlessly grateful for this opportunity.

You are not alone.
Your healing matters.
Together, we turn pain into purpose.
Together, we rise. 🇺🇸 if you know anyone in need please reach out, we are here for you with open arms to support your journey back within and would love to have you and your loved ones with us on this path and journey together. 🙏🏼✨🇺🇸🤍 #connectionmatters#vetransandfirstresponders#soulrevival#mountainlife#theartofhealing
