Starting the week the same way I ended the last one… DANCING! 💃🔥

A little samba sequence by @analuizacarneiro_ and @mii_sza that I absolutely LOVE! ❤️ Of course, I had to give myself a little challenge… and doing it while being sick definitely made it even harder! 😅

But you know me, I can never resist a good samba challenge! So much fun filming this one at @studiobizz , even if my energy wasn’t quite at 100%! ✨

Because sometimes, it’s not about being perfect. It’s simply about enjoying the music, challenging yourself, and doing what you love! ❤️

A little glimpse into yesterday’s class at @studiobizz and what we’ve been working on together ✨

Teaching is truly one of my favorite things in the world. Being able to share my love for samba with my students, challenge them, explore new things together and watch them grow makes me so happy❤️

Yesterday we worked with the bateria and explored bossas 🥁🔥 Working on bossas is definitely not easy, but it’s honestly one of my FAVORITE things! I love playing with the music, the breaks, the changes and everything the bateria gives us.

So of course, I had to make my students explore a little bit of that too 😅 I had so much fun teaching this class, and I hope they had just as much fun dancing it!

Thank you @anaclarabarcelos3 for the inspiration ✨🇧🇷

This sequence is everything 🥹❤️

I had so much fun creating it and even more fun teaching it to my amazing students at @studiobizz

I only started teaching there in March, and seeing how much they’ve evolved since then honestly makes my heart so full. Watching them improve, gain confidence and, most importantly, fall in love with samba is one of the best parts of teaching❤️

This class was such a beautiful one. A slower, more sensual samba to “Mas que nada” sung by Anitta, and I absolutely LOVE this version. It gave us the chance to play with the music, the movement, the sensuality and really enjoy every detail of the sequence🔥

I absolutely love teaching at @studiobizz and if you’ve ever wanted to try samba, come dance with us! Every Thursday at 7pm 🔥

The energy in these classes is always so much fun🇧🇷✨
