Dear Future PNMS… Swipe to hear some recruitment advice from some of our active members🦋💫

“Moving across the country to come to Colorado and become a DG has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. As I head into my senior year, I can honestly say I’ve found friends who truly feel like sisters. To anyone starting this journey, stay true to yourself and trust the process because it all works out the way it’s meant to! I’ll always be so grateful for everything DG has given me, and I wouldn’t change this experience for the world. Can’t wait for one last year with my girls. 🤍”

“My best advice is to be as authentically yourself as possible. It’s easy to want to change your personality to “fit it” better, but the more you are yourself the more likely you are to find a chapter that you will truly find your people in. Conversations will flow more naturally when you talk about what excites you and what your passions are. It’s never about giving the perfect answer or being the perfect person, be original and you will thank yourself later :))))”

“My biggest advice for recruitment is to be present and enjoy it!! At the end of the day, you are just talking to get to know everyone and see what feels right for YOU. This is your experience and the start of an amazingggg time so just be authentically yourself and everything else will fall into place. Going DG didn’t even feel like a decision I had to make, I could just feel this was the place for me. Have fun, be open minded, and be yourself!! Everything happens for a reason😇”

“Coming to Boulder from a small town across the country was one of the biggest changes I’ve ever experienced. I was nervous about leaving home and starting over, but going through recruitment completely changed my college experience. From the moment I walked into DG, I found a group of girls who made a new place feel like home. My biggest piece of advice is to stay true to yourself. The right people will appreciate you for exactly who you are, and you might just find a place that feels like home when you’re least expecting it⚓️”
