OCTOBER IS BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH & I AM BLESSED AND EXTREMELY GRATEFUL TO BE A 23-YEAR THRIVER!!!! THREE YEARS AGO (2016), I WAS COMPELLED TO WRITE AND CREATE A DOCUMENTARY THAT CHRONICLED MY BREAST CANCER DIAGNOSIS IN 1996 TO 2016…20 YEARS LATER. THE DOCUMENTARY WAS NOT COMPLETED IN THE PROPOSED TIMELINE AND IS STILL A WORK IN PROGRESS.

I FEEL COMPELLED HOWEVER, TO SHARE SOME CLIPS & NUGGETS OF MY JOURNEY IN HOPES OF CONTINUING TO RAISE AWARENESS & INSPIRE HOPE FOR SURVIVORS WHO ARE STILL BATTLING, FOR THRIVERS WHO CONTINUE TO MENTOR AND SUPPORT THOSE IN NEED, AND TO THE MYRIAD OF BREAST SPECIALISTS, ONCOLOGISTS, AND RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGEONS WHO CONTINUE IN THEIR FIGHT TO HELP RESTORE LIFE AND WHOLENESS AFTER A BREAST CANCER DIAGNOSIS.

I HAVE ONLY ONE PHOTO OF MY BALD HEAD! WE HAD GATHERED AT A FRIENDS HOUSE TO CELEBRATE THE COMPLETION OF MY 4 ROUNDS OF CHEMO. I CAME IN WITH A WIG ON AND SNATCHED IT OFF! LOL!!!
STAY TUNED... MORE TO COME! #23-yrsurvivor #thriver #documentary #grateful❤️

Ya know we let a lot of what people tell us, what soiety has taught us, keep us from living our highest creative expressions....because making it to work on time is way more important than taking time to connect with your heart center....right? 😐(foh) □
I'm simply saying:
▪︎magic is real
▪︎connect with and trust YOUR HEART ❤
▪︎ all the things they told you were make beleive is real (fr fr) ▪︎ you....are abundance 👊🏽💥
▪︎ EARTH/Gaia loves and needs you
▪︎ I'm with you, we are one.

You've traveled a long way. You've with stood many test and many trials. - and now what was once hard for you, you find yourself saying to your Self, " ...well it's really not difficult at all once you....: and then you pause, as you catch your Self looking back at you 👁 foot tapping and smiling like a proud parent, saying with mock seriousness, "..oh really?? Not that difficult huh?? And just months ago..." - and then you break out laughing with your Self, from the heart space 😁👌🏽💥 Then Self says " Remember this, when you may seem low on compassion and/or patience. Remember how your ease was once, difficult, and just start with that ❤. <--answers ○

This is me. 3rd generation Will Williams and I have a lot of reasons why I should or could be a failure, but non of them are relevant because I choose success. .
Don't let others determine your success or gauge what success is based on the next persons life. .
Limit the drama, chatter, gossip, trash, etc in your life by being creative, soul searching, and mindful of the energy of you accept into your life. .

Shout out to my folks who been in this struggle and still doing it. Tagged above. Leave comment or whatever #staywoke #woke #bethelight #hustle #family #podcast #friendships #vacation #energy #positive #staypositive #love #marriage #couples #dads #moms #life #travel #inspired #garyvee

Tomorrow I will graduate yoga teacher training with some of the most beautiful souls I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. When I say “knowing” I mean a deep coming apart of a lot of my own bullshit and truly seeing myself and others grow and shift and become radiant with the ability to teach and share a practice that makes us come alive. That being said, we are collectively teaching a FREE CLASS TOMORROW AT 11AM @ the Studioplex greenspace. Please come! Bring your friends, your children, your mamas, your baby’s mamas mamas...anyone and everyone is welcome. You can sign up through the link in @ddyatl bio or through the Acheive app. Hope to see you. Stay woke, yogis. .
