Watching Saraswati directed by Varalaxmi Sarathkumar was a very emotional and proud moment for me. This powerful woman-centric film speaks about difficult truths like childhood trauma and sexual abuse, the topics society rarely talks about.

What makes it even more special is that I had the opportunity to play a small role in this film. Acting in a female-oriented movie that is directed, produced, and centered around a woman’s story feels like a blessing in the early days of my acting journey.

Every actor performed beautifully. The surprise cameo appearances from stars across Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada industries added such a wonderful element to the film. Varalaxmi ma’am’s casting shows how much respect the industry has for her vision. Choosing such a tough and sensitive subject for her very first film takes immense courage, hats off to her! 🫡💪

I also appreciate the producer Pooja Sarath kumar for supporting this film so wisely. The team focused on honest storytelling without unnecessary extravagance, which really brings out the rawness of the film.

For me personally, this moment feels surreal. I studied in Ameerpet and grew up in Krishna Nagar, always surrounded by the film world. As a child, my parents used to take me to Satyam Theatre (now AAA Cinemas), and I must have watched hundreds of films in theatres since my childhood. In recent years, most of my movie memories have been at AMB Cinemas. So, attending the special screening of a film in which I acted, in the same AMB, and seeing myself on the big screen was an incredibly special feeling. ❤️🥰

With a wonderful Screenplay, you will not get bored at all. People are really enjoying the twists and turns in the story. A thrilling story with an amazing casting kept the audience engaged throughout the movie. @musicthaman what an amazing music! Bgm was mind-blowing and enhanced the emotions of each and every scene.
Totally Saraswathi is worth watching.
