#ShowYourSweat // Beyond its artistic side, do we truly realize how much physical effort dance requires? We invited @claudiemercier_ to experience it firsthand. Used to training and physical challenges, she stepped into the world of dance during a workshop led by @marilynecp alongside our Spotlight dancers. ⚡️ Cardio, intensity, pushing limits, and A LOT of sweat. 💦 And after experiencing it for herself, one thing is clear to Claudie: DANCE IS A SPORT. That’s the reality we want to shine a light on with #ShowYourSweat. 💜 Dancers: show the world what your discipline demands. And to everyone else: spread the message and support the dancers around you! DANCE IS A SPORT. #ShowYourSweat 🎬 @vaudevillegc
