@rapidreboot recovery gear helps me recover better, practice better, perform better.

Use code ANNABELLESTEWART for 10% Rapid Reboot products, link in bio.

Self deflating, reliable, convenient and easy to use. I use Rapid Reboot’s air compression boots daily for faster recovery during my training seasons.

About the session modes:
A MODE is a sectional mode that is great for improving circulation during warm-ups, rehab, and relaxation.

B MODE is a full flush mode ideal for post-exertion recovery, swelling, and sore and tight muscles.

C MODE is a combination of A & B Modes and provides a less aggressive flush also ideal for circulation and recovery, inflammation, and sore and tight muscles.

D MODE is similar to C Mode but with an added pulse to enhance circulation and prep the lymphatic system to mobilize lymphatic fluid, an essential component of healing and recovery.

I love to have a quick boots session post-race to ease my legs before cooling down.

Regen boots can self deflate and be rolled up. Portable, so you can have a boots session almost anywhere.

Milligan athletics and Rapid Reboot are partnered together, providing the athletes here with Rapid Reboot products. My teammates and ! are extremely grateful to have a high quality recovery option.

Thank you @rapidreboot and @rlhvols for providing me the opportunity to promote such a great product. Rapid reboot keeps me ready to run!

Time to talk about the elephant in the room🤍

I didn’t want to have to make this post, but y’all know I like to be honest, so here we go.

My season has not started out in the picture-perfect way I imagined it would. 4 weeks ago, I rolled my ankle during a workout. That’s it, just a simple tweak that I thought would pass in a day, but it has turned out to be a little more complicated than that.

I don’t know exactly what the trajectory of my season will look like, but I know it is very far from over. I have simply been taking things day by day which has been quite challenging for the type A perfectionist in me, but it has also been very rewarding. The amount of growth I have seen from this whole situation, both mentally and physically, has been so cool. I know past Ange would be so beyond proud of how far we have come and how well we are handling things.

So for now, I am continuing to grind out many hours of cross training, focusing on recovery, and doing all the little things. Thankfully, my flexible grad program allows me to have time for all of this! While also still checking off all the fun things on my bucket list: going to coffee shops, going out for dinner, hosting team events, and just continuing to be present and positive.

Because while this situation is anything but easy, I know I have been through far worse, and I will come out of all of this so much stronger.

So if you are going through a hard time right now, I want you to remember that “this too shall pass” & keep smiling even on the hard days, because a negative mindset is not going to make things any better or easier!!
