Did you know that we offer Rapid Recover sessions at SportFit?

Recovery is part of training too and we want to help you look after your body so you can keep performing at your best.

The compression boots use rhythmic compression to help support circulation and may help ease that heavy, tired feeling in your legs after a tough session.

Season done and dusted 😮‍💨

15 throws over 20m
9 throws over 20.50m
PB 20.89m

I set the mountain high this year. I didn’t reach the top, but every step brought me closer, teaching me more about the sport, about myself, and about the athlete and man I want to become.

I know I haven’t shown everything I’m capable of yet. I know there’s another level in me, I just haven’t found it yet. I don’t know exactly how I’ll get there, but I know I’m not staying here.

To my family, coaches, teammates, sponsors, friends, and everyone who believed in me thank you.

Time to be human again…

See ya’ll in 27’ 🇿🇦🌍

Winner of the Planetfitnes Hybrid Simulstion Johannesburg day 💪

Reflecting on the progress made in a year, I am so proud and feeling so blessed. I have only officially been training for Hyrox a year now, and I am so proud of the improvements in my strength and endurance.

Last year I came 3rd, this year I won and qualified for the finals 👏 . I was unsure about even competing after hurting my hand earlier that week in a car accident, but my determination got me there💪.

We had so much fun with the activations afterwards - Recovery, planking just to name a few.

Thank you to my friends and family for your support on my journey and through everything that's happened this year.

A special mention to my hyrox partner who came 3rd as well 👏👏.

Next is Hyrox Cape Town!

Ps. Also, my Puma Deviate 4 shoes first official outing 😎.
