Hamilton moms, we’ve got someone special joining the Mighty Mom team. Please give a warm welcome to Coach Liz. Liz isn’t just a fitness professional with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and certifications in personal training, nutrition coaching, and pre and postnatal fitness. She’s also a mom who has lived this season herself. After navigating pregnancy, an emergency C-section, knee surgery, and postpartum recovery, she understands firsthand that motherhood changes you—and so does your relationship with movement. Her approach isn’t about bouncing back. It’s about building forward. Helping moms feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies again. Helping you move in a way that feels realistic, empowering, and supportive of the season you’re in. And honestly? That’s exactly what Mighty Mom is all about. Hamilton, we are so excited for what’s coming next. Class details are dropping soon and trust us
you’re going to want to stay close for this one. If you’re a Hamilton mama looking for community, movement, and a place where you can show up exactly as you are, we can’t wait to meet you. Stay tuned. We’re just getting started.

Do yourself a favour and stop waiting until life slows down. The laundry will still be there. The dishes will still be there. The to do list will still be there. But summer? That won’t wait. Our 6 week Outdoor Stroller Strong session has already started and it’s not too late to join us. Because honestly, most moms don’t need another thing to do. They need: A reason to leave the house. An hour that’s theirs. A workout that feels good. A community that understands why they’re exhausted before they even say a word. Some moms come for the workout. Most stay because of how they feel afterward. Lighter. Stronger. More like themselves. And if committing to a full session feels like too much right now, that’s okay too. Come try a drop-in class. One class. One hour. That’s all it takes to realize you don’t have to do motherhood alone. 👉 Join the rest of the session or book a drop-in class this week. Tag the mom who keeps saying, “I need to do something for myself.”

POV: You thought you needed a workout
What you actually needed was a community. A group chat that starts after class. A reason to leave the house. Moms who understand why you’re tired before you even say a word. A place where nobody cares if your baby cries, needs a snack, refuses the stroller, or has a complete meltdown halfway through class. A place where you don’t have to explain yourself. Yes, you’ll get stronger. Yes, you’ll get a great workout. But ask almost any Mighty Mom and they’ll tell you the same thing: The best thing they found here wasn’t fitness. It was their people. Our next 6-week session is now open and if you’ve been watching from the sidelines, waiting for the right time, this is it. Because six weeks from now you could still be thinking about joining
Or you could be wondering why you didn’t start sooner. 👉 Save your spot in our next 6-week session now. Tag the mom you’d bring with you.

O início do fim! Amo vocês e a saudade já tá começando a bater ❀ The beginning of the end! The last month in Toronto, and we finally managed to go camping in Algonquin (despite the extremely weather conditions 😂). One mishap (adventure!!) after another, I realize more and more how lucky I am to have this incredible group of fellows and people by my side. Love you all, and I’m already starting to miss you ❀

When moms first sign up for Stroller Strong, they usually tell us they’re looking for a workout. A few weeks later, they tell us something completely different. They talk about the mom they met who became a friend. They talk about finally having a reason to leave the house. They talk about feeling stronger, not just physically, but mentally too. They talk about how good it feels to walk into a space where nobody expects them to have it all together. That’s the thing about Mighty Mom. The workout is important. But the confidence, consistency, support, accountability, and community? That’s what changes everything. If you’ve been feeling stuck, isolated, overwhelmed, or like you’ve lost a little bit of yourself in motherhood, we want you to know you’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it out alone either. Come see what Stroller Strong is really about. Your future mom friends are probably waiting for you.
