Huge thank you to everyone for all your support😭♥️ we are so happy we were able to raise over €4400 for the Louis and Raquel foundation but we are not finished yet so stay tuned tomorrow and there might even be some sneaky surprises for some early birds because another big donation came in this afternoon😭♥️ thank you to everyone for being so patient today too while they waited to come in to shop - we didn’t even realise there were such long queues until we were told this evening at 9 pm by one of our neighbors 😂🙈 and huge congrats to all our customers for finding so many bargains while helping raise money for such a good cause😭♥️ Funding applications are now open to all nonprofit animal welfare organisations in Ireland so if you know of any do let them know about our Louis and Raquel Foundation 😭♥️🐾🐾

This photo was taken so long ago and we don’t actually have a lot of family photos and I wish I tried to take more of them together, but Raquel always just wanted to eat Louis as you all know 🙈🙈🙈 I hope they’re up there playing nice together and Louis is no doubt chasing her back like he used to when she was a baby😭❤️ To be honest this is the first time that I’ve ever done anything like this so just bear with me while I get the foundation up and running, but I just hope that we can help make a difference in the world. The Louis and Raquel Foundation will be focused on helping Animal Welfare charities with funding whether it’s from veterinary costs or building shelters or providing food. We hope to launch with a minimum of €10,000 in the fund, which I know is not much, but it will be a start. If you have any clothing or shoes or bags to donate to our fundraising event this upcoming Thursday, please let us know and stay tuned on this page for more updates as we get ready for our event this week❤️❤️❤️ we can’t wait to see you this Thursday and thank you so much again for all your support so far we would not be able to do it without you all xxx

⭐️SAVE THE DATE - NOV 27 THURSDAY⭐️

It has been very challenging to put all of this into words, but basically, we really wanted to do something to give back to the community, but would also keep the memory of our two babies Louis and Raquel alive❤️ As many of you know they were both rescues so we hold animal welfare charities close to our hearts❤️ It has honestly has been the toughest two years of our lives losing both of them so close together so starting this foundation means so much to us and we really hope we can make this work as a long-term basis. If you have any items to donate to the charity event, let us know and we hope to see you all this upcoming Thursday, November 27th 😍😍😍 The majority of items in the charity sale will be only €4 each and all funds raised will go towards the Louis and Raquel foundation ❤️

You are always one decision away from a life changing experience. Had I not met Steve at 2am in the Railway Club back home in Vancouver, none of this would have existed. Siopaella would not have been here because I wouldn’t have moved to Ireland had it not been for Steve. And had I not been browsing the Internet in June 17 2008 for rescue dogs, I might have never met Louis - he could’ve easily been adopted by someone else. I even remember emailing the rescue twice because I hadn’t heard any news. I was persistent - I knew Louis was meant for me😭♥️ So remember that - you are always one decision away from a life changing experience. Happy Saint Patrick’s Day everyone (its after midnite in Dublin as I write this but it’s still Paddy’s Day in Canada 😂)💚💚💚 PS - today also marks mine and Louis’ 14 year anniversary of living here on this beautiful island 💚

Happy Paddys Day ☘️♥️ It’s also Louis’ 18th Paddys Day and officially him and his mum @elladeguzman77 13th anniversary of “moving to Ireland to be with Steeeeeeeveee and Raquel”☘️♥️ We can’t believe he’s here with us today, not going to lie as we didn’t think he would make it this far 😭 He hasn’t been well over the last year but he’s our little earth Angel super fighter rescue schnoodle ❤️❤️❤️ Sending you all love wherever you are and happy Paddys day with love from all of us ☘️❤️

We all have so many heartbeats left 😭❤️ that’s what Louis’ vet said to us - and to take each day as it comes and to be grateful for each one. Something I think we all need to remember - to live in the moment and to try our best to not stress about the past or the future. If only it was that easy right? He’s turned a corner this week and long may this continue 🙏🏻♥️ We think he’s 18 this year but he could be older and has loved and lived so much in his little lifetime😭😭 He has given us so much joy and judging from all the messages and DMs that have come in, he’s brought joy to so many of you who have met him over the last 12 years. Anyways the reason for this post is to say thank you much for sending us so much love over the last few days, it really means so much😭❤️ xx

It’s nearly 2am in the morning and we just got home into our PJs after tonites Insta Live and devoured a pizza 😭❤️ Lockdown is over but some things never change do they - dinner after midnite is sort of the norm for us 😂😂 Anyways, I just wanted to say a huge thank you for continuing to watch our crazy lives online ❤️ I know we are all getting back to normal - or as “normal” as we can get back to during a global pandemic 😅 - so the fact that so many of you continue to tune in every Wednesday evening after 2 whole years of these Insta lives means so much to all of us ❤️ Isn’t that mad when you really think about it? TWO YEARS 😂 We have lasted longer than some TV series out there 🤪😝And to be honest we genuinely love having them (well me more so than Steeeeve let’s be real😂😂) - it’s like a weekly catch up with old friends and I feel like we survived the pandemic together😭❤️ And you know what? Only a few of us know what this sense of community online feels like and it is really special. Thank you so much for all of this ❤️❤️❤️ See you all at our next one xx
