THANK YOU to everyone who has ever supported the shop whether it be liking or commenting, recommending a friend, or making a purchase. I am so very grateful, and your support truly does not go unnoticed. I love and have been thinking about the quote “To you it’s just an order, to me it’s someone believing in what I am building.”

If you have purchased an item from the shop and want to be featured, come through with a photo of your fit!🕺🏼 My DMs are open 🤲

Back from Sofia, with new sounds, ideas and connections.

From 14 to 16 October, Operà Music was happy to take part in SoAlive Music Conference 2026, a meeting point for the music industry connecting South East Europe with the wider international scene.

Over three days, we joined a panel as speakers, took part in a listening session and met fellow professionals during speed meetings. Sharing perspectives, discovering emerging talent and exchanging ideas with people working across different corners of the music business.

A big thank you to the SoAlive team for having us, and to everyone we had the chance to meet.

Always happy to connect through music.

THAT’S A WRAP!

@wearesyncstate’s powered by @disco.ac 3rd edition was a success @pitchscotland!

Huge thank you to @richymuirhead, @mobo_aji and the entire PITCH team for inviting us at their 5th instalment. Big shout out to Syncstate Mad Professor @joshrabinowitz of @berkleenyc for once again leading his interactive panel “SO YOU THINK YOU CAN SYNC”. A direct lens into the minds, processes and workflow of music supervisors before an ad goes live! If you haven’t experienced this panel we encourage you to give us shout to discuss how we can bring it to a country or city near you!

Much love to delegates @mzmeesh17, @raqueloutloud (subbing in last minute), @davidclickcox and @eh_side_ev for joining us in beautiful #Glasgow #Scotland.

Next stop: @monkey_week in #spain for Syncstate’s 4th Edition and premiere of our Full Program.
See you there!

Super stoked to be back at DI4TC (@doitfortheculturecon) this weekend (to us OG lovers and supporters of this conference, it’s FKA ‘Culture Con’).
•
Black and BIPOC music in general, has had such a huge and prominent influence on my life since a young age, leading all the way up until today, and it always will. It is truly an honour to be able to give back to the BC and West Coast of Canada, BIPOC community, in sharing my knowledge of sync/ music supervision/ music licensing. It is a privilege sitting on this panel and be able to do one on ones with artists on Friday, too. I recognize this.
•
This conference is especially sacred to me, as it originated within British Columbia not too long ago, by my friends and colleagues. As many Canadian artists and industry people know, we as music industry people, and most importantly, artists, don’t get nearly the support from the government, that Ontario and the east coast of Canada receive. It’s been a long never-ending battle. So, these grassroots conferences and festivals, are more important than ever — we need more and more support out here. We have made some beautiful memories in the early days of the conference, when it was hosted in Kelowna, especially. But how cool that it is growing? And now being held in Vancouver? So wonderful. Please continue to support the west coast by showing up and giving back.
•
Please if you’re local and free at all from Thursday night to Sunday. Please come by the conference at @thebeaumontstudios , and come out to see some showcases every night at @fortunesound - your support would mean the world! Tix at link in bio!

(And P.S. I don’t know why it says AI content in post - I don’t support this. So apologies 😑🫤🫠)

🎧🎙️BC’s own, insanely brilliant, @mikeyjose

Shout outs to @savvie_leigh @teongibbs100 and @davidclickcox
