🇯🇲👑 REGGAE ROYALTY TOOK OVER SXSW LONDON History was made as three generations of reggae legacy shared one stage under the banner of Ghetto Youths International. ✨ Mystic Marley (granddaughter of Bob & Rita Marley) ✨ Jemere Morgan (Morgan Heritage) ✨ Christopher Ellis (son of Alton Ellis) Each artist delivered powerful performances that honoured their family’s legacy while proving reggae’s future is brighter than ever. From Mystic’s soulful delivery, to Jemere’s commanding stage presence, to Christopher’s heartfelt tributes to his father, the night was a celebration of culture, heritage, and musical excellence. A special moment came when broadcaster Seani B brought all three artists together on stage, highlighting the significance of three of reggae’s most influential bloodlines standing side by side. This wasn’t just a concert. It was a living chapter of reggae history. 📸🎥 Coverage by WORLMAG & Epik Jones #SXSWLondon #GhettoYouthsInternational #MysticMarley #JemereMorgan #ChristopherEllis

Lost In Time. Kingston, Jamaica. 2026. It’s been exactly a week now since I was walking the grounds of Hope Gardens, seeing artist after artist under an almost full moon and singing with @chronixxmusic's new Kingston Choir. 😉 Lost In Time was a truly impressive festival. So well run. So well organized. There were a lot of moving parts and a massive amount of people in attendance and yet, everything ran on time. The creativity of each artist was so inspiring! Much respect to the whole @lostintimefestival team for hosting a quality event where not a single ounce of negativity was present. An experience that definitely calls for a return in 2027. ◇ While I was in JA, I thought about @rasdenroymorgan who I think about often these days. I had the great honor of singing harmony vocals with him before he transitioned from this earthly plane in 2022. I was invited to travel to Jamaica with our band back in 2020 when they went, but I wasn’t able to at that time. I remember following their travels from my computer screen at home and knowing that one day, it would be my turn to visit when the timing was right. I like to think Denroy welcomed me in spirit when I reached the island. 😌 I saw his son Gramps and grandson Jemere in the crowd a few rows up and while it made me smile to see them, it made me miss him a little more. I think he would have been so proud of LIT (and Wickie Wackie) and would really love the new music coming out of Jamaica today. ◇ Solo travel and concert-going can sound overwhelming and unappealing to some, but it is so rewarding to follow your heart wherever it specifically wants to lead you. The great thing about seeing concerts by yourself is that you’re really never alone. You are unified with the other people around you who are there for the same reason you are. The cherry on top is not having to worry whether or not the people you’re with are enjoying it. In my case last weekend, I was with thousands of people who very much wanted to be there and were loving every second. I highly recommend solo travel and solo concert experiences, especially if your interests are different from the people in your day-to-day life.
