A little blue upgrade for @raspberry.april.co for her birthday 🎉✨ We switched out her stacked lobe for a Swiss blue topaz set in yellow gold from @buddhajewelryofficial, and her 4th lobe for a trillion cut London blue topaz set in yellow gold from @bvla. Both healed and done by me in the last year.

A little upgrade today for @raspberry.april.co! She needed to take all her jewelry out and came to me to put them back in. She told me to do whatever I wanted with the earrings she had before, but wanted to add the yellow gold bow from @anatometalinc. I suggested a hoop and then rearranged a bit. ✨❤️

“…and you can never hurt me again.” The Utah Supreme Court heard our case today. It’s hard to know what the outcome will be, but I’m hopeful that the court will make the right decision in determining that sexual assault is not healthcare. I love these incredible women so much. I hate what has brought us together, but the strength of these women will never cease to amaze me. I’m so grateful to be standing with them to seek justice. 🩵 #sexualassault #thehealingvoyage @thatsnothealthcare #ihc #mountainstar #davidbroadbent

Heal Through the power of Your Own Breath

Conscious Connected Breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for the "rest and digest" response. This shift from the sympathetic nervous system's "fight or flight" mode creates a safe space for emotions to surface, be processed, and then released!

Breathwork encourages being present in the moment and focusing on the breath. This mindful awareness can bring suppressed emotions to the surface, allowing them to be acknowledged and released.

Conscious Connected Breathing facilitates emotional release through several mechanisms, one being Increased Oxygenation.

Deep and rhythmic breathing increases oxygen levels in the body, promoting a sense of relaxation and reducing stress. When the body is in a relaxed state, it becomes easier to access and process emotions.

Through meditation, individuals develop a greater understanding of themselves, their thoughts, and emotions. This self-awareness can lead to personal growth, improved decision-making, and better self-management.

Noticing habitual patterns: Regular meditation practice helps individuals become more aware of their habitual patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. By observing these patterns, individuals can identify unhelpful or limiting behaviors and beliefs that may hinder personal growth. This awareness empowers individuals to make conscious choices and change ingrained patterns that no longer serve them.

Through meditation, individuals learn to observe their thoughts and emotions without judgment or attachment. By developing the ability to step back and witness the flow of thoughts and emotions, individuals gain insight into their inner experiences. This observation helps them recognize patterns, triggers, and tendencies, fostering greater self-awareness.
