We are so happy to Spotlight and introduce you all to Rastonya. 💜 @rastonyalee Rastonya has been a friend of the VFC family for 2 years now.

A mother of 4 (twins included), Rastonya grew up in Lubbock Texas. As a young girl she was very active, getting involved in ballet & jazz dancing and playing sports (Volleyball, Basketball & Track) all the way thru High School. Dancing was a love and she went on to dance professionally for a few years.

A car accident derailed her, causing temporary loss of mobility on her right side. Then in 2013 she was diagnosed with Stage 1 Ovarian Cancer & Osteoporosis. With this she faced the optimal challenge of taking care of her physical and mental state. But she is strong, and never gave up.

Today she is a teacher, counselor, therapist, model and a participant in the Ms. Health & Fitness Competition that you may see going on in social media. If this doesn't motivate you then we don't know what will. Such an incredible woman, full of life & joy.
