FLO STU got to take their very first popping class with Richard and it did NOT disappoint! 🔥

So much energy, control and FUN in this class! Popping is all about quickly contracting and relaxing the muscles to create those sharp “hits,” while playing with musicality, grooves and different textures in your movement.

We absolutely LOVE being able to expose our dancers to different styles and learn where they came from!

Thank you Richard for the INSANE class!! Learning from the best and loving every second of it!

His smile at the end says it all!

FLO STU is just getting started. 🔥

This weekend’s Hip Hop Workshop was definitely one you didn’t want to miss! 🔥

Our dancers had the incredible opportunity to train with Josh and experience an LA-style audition class — learning what it feels like to walk into the room, pick up choreography, and enjoy every moment of it!

Such an amazing experience for our dancers right here in our little town! ✨

Josh, thank you for bringing your energy, knowledge and passion to FLO STU. Our dancers walked away inspired, challenged and ready for MORE!

What a way to kick off Season 5! ⭐️

femme styles to me is a form of self-love above anything else. it’s my words of affirmation in the language I know best, which is dance. it truly has helped me grow into the woman I am today and is the reminder I need when my soul needs it. this is what I want for everyone who explores this world of dance! come take class and we can be on this inner journey of embracing our feminine energy and loving our beings together ❤️❤️
