POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

10/02/2026: Faithless Devotion are always fun to photograph and they took a much heavier approach compared to previous sightings, with some unexpected hardcore breaks piercing their deathrock offerings. Understandably they seem angrier than usual, as there is plenty to be angry about in general but especially as of late. I look forward to seeing their continued growth.

September pt. 2 ☀️

With the summer coming to a close, it's hard not to feel joy at the sheer amount of memories that this month has brought.

Usually I find my belonging in the chill winds of Fall, or in that interstitial space between Spring and Summer.

This summer has not only been my favorite yet, but one that I will always trace back to, whether it be in my moments of hope or even despair.

I did not do this by myself. The merriment I have felt this past year has been adorned by the countless smiles of beautiful friends and the warmth that I find in each one.

I participated in my first visual kei meetup, a dream woven in clouds of past desires. I crowd surfed at a punk show, something I thought only 16 year old me could do. I shared the stage with talented individuals that bring meaning to the monotone and monochrome of this eternal haze. I celebrated. Thank you for celebrating with me.

I will never apologize for displaying my emotions like this out in the open. I will be sappy, I will tell you how much you mean to me and how much I adore you.

You have stayed for the journey, and I'll never forget that either, even the smallest of gestures have such great significance to me.

My favorite time of the year approaches, and I'm curious to see what ways you'll make me smile each and every time.

I love you true my dear friends ❤️

Goths for Gaza (09/03/2026): Faithless Devotion, @faithlessdevotionband, felt more aggressive this time around, which went a long way in demonstrating how each performance of the evening directed a certain response toward the ongoing genocide in Palestine. Slightly less fun but seemingly blood-soaked and murky on the Burlington's dim stage, Faithless Devotion dramatically presaged the gravity of this evening's cause.

August Pt. 1 🌞

Throughout my life, I have found myself questioning everything and constantly repeating, "how can it get any worse?"

For the first time in my life, I now wonder, "how can it get any better?"

I am certain when I say that I am the happiest that I have ever been. If this is the peak, then I relish in the pure joy that I have felt these past months.

The memories I have made are far more precious than any materialistic wealth one could acquire. For even in lack of said materialism, I am rich.

I am truly rich. To the ones reading this, you are more valuable than even unearthed gems. Your friendships are the rays of sunshine that peak through the blinds in the morning, the beams of moonlight as I walk back home, and the never ending melody of summertime.

Every single one of you give meaning to the long hours and the sting of the rain. You give me the confidence to face whatever may come our way, and I love you for that.

If you're still reading this, I love you with all my heart and I am excited to see what bountiful harvest the future brings for us 🖤 ❤️

@faithlessdevotionband on film December 2025. Shot on Canon Rebel K2 & EOS R10.

I’m SO honored to have been invited out to shoot this Chicago deathrock band’s debut show 🤘 ❤️ Getting to document it on a hand-me-down film camera alongside my trusted R10 made it even more special. I’m beyond thrilled with how these developed. The folks in FD are lovely people and such genuine treasures, please check them out and follow if you aren’t already 🫶
