Und ebenso waren heute die Schiefer Platten von @allgaeuerbrotzeitbrettl mit im Einsatz 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 Es war einfach echt ein geiler Abend leider wieder viel zu kurz.

Halloween 🎃 Candy! Bacon wrapped Pork Belly Burnt Endz

Smoke 💨 until internal temperature reaches 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Pull and coat with bbq sauce mixture then wrap with bacon securing with Grilpinz. Return to smoker and cook until internal temperature is 205 degrees Fahrenheit and bacon crisps. As a side to the candy, we glazed orchard fresh apples with @kyvan82 cherry apple sauce and placed on our @grillgrates as the pork belly was on its final cook!

A sparkling day In Prosecco Hills… everyone must spend at least a day here. @yellowboot.it Carlo will lead you on the fantastic voyage through the beautiful countryside. A journey of knowledge, culture and experience is what you can expect as you partake in all that the Prosecco Hills has to offer. A taste of the finest offerings of Prosecco along with authentic Italian food at the Antica Osteria leaves your taste buds in amazement as they learn true Italian dishes.

The tour leads us to La Vigna di Sarah. Grappoli di Luna my favorite. Translated is moon bunches and hails as the only prosecco harvested at night. Along with the Moon harvest grapes, La Vigna di Sarah is the only Glera grape vineyard to achieve certified organic status.

Comprised of the Col de Luna hill, a truly magical place filled with the joys nature has to offer: sunshine, serenity, the olive trees amongst the vineyard. For those that wish to stay longer, accommodations allow one to sleep in the vineyard. The Lunotte, a truly unique experience, are fully furnished wooden barrels. Walking amidst the vines and olive groves the senses are enlightened. These hills will forever be remembered each time I take a bubbly sip of Prosecco.
