Whatever you do keep moving! 2022 was a year which people started believing in themselves again. Each month brought new gains, an enlightened sense of community and a new type of momentum which was inspiring. Members recognized they had purpose, grace and ruthless discipline to chase goals. Nothing vain about their motivation just a thirst to be present, look others in the eye, train shoulder to shoulder and believe in the future. I used to say we continue to get the fit ones fitter…but 2022 showed us the most fit ushered the least fit to keep pace, believe in themselves and remain consistent. I am ever grateful to the Embark team who believe in helping others achieve goals, build community and show up. Culture is what happens everyday not what the handbook tells you. Onward we march into 2023, stronger, faster, smarter, funnier and ready to take on new challenges and whatever life puts in front of us. If you don’t know what Embark Fitness stands for, come join the movement and find out what is possible! @trxtraining @escapefitness @stagesindoorcycling @crowsfeetbend
