We went to Shaky Knees.
It rained.
We ate a sandwich.
We continued on
and looked 🔥 while doing so.
We made Tyler and Josh proud.

Loving it (living!!)

2025 threw me in for a loop! I was definitely not ready for the plot twists that transpired but I’m grateful for every one of them. This year I…

⚪️ Built new friendships and deepened others.

⚪️ Had the opportunity to go to Miami for the Vizcaya swimwear award.

⚪️ Went to Italy with less than a month to prepare with an amazing human I just met.

⚪️ Got to go to so many festivals and concerts (including My Chemical Romance) and bawled my eyes out.

⚪️ Tried EMDR therapy for the first time (which changed my life!)

⚪️ Walked in multiple shows and promoted local businesses.

⚪️ Let myself hermit towards the end of the year and focus on my education and career.

Feeling so blessed with these opportunities and excited for what 2026 has to offer but also want to hold space for the grief, stress, and heartbreak I experienced this year that will roll over into the new year.

This was one of the hardest semesters I’ve had in a long time and I pulled many all-nighters to get through it. I have one more semester to push through and I’ll be graduating in May. Our two fur babies, who my mom rescued and raised, are nearing their final season of life. My mom was so close to both of them and being their caretaker has been a big part of my grieving process. I’ve been many relationships that I thought would never change deescalate and transition. Though this was necessary and important, I want to hold space for the pain and saddness of letting go. Also found out I was allergic to gluten… which has been a HUGE transition!

Regardless, I am grateful for all of the ups and downs this year and have learned what has helped and hurt me through it all! With that being said, to focus on my mental health, I’ll be doing dry January and will be staying off of social media for the month. I’m looking forward to continuing to better myself, strengthen the connections I have with loved ones, simply embracing raw and unfiltered experiences 2026 has in store.

Signing off 💕

Our teenage emo selves would be so proud. 🖤

Also don’t let that smile fool you… I was sobbing the whole time. 😅😭
