Wax & fire play are forms of risk-aware sensation play that explore the body’s response to anticipation and suspense, controlled applications of pain & pleasure, extreme heat, short bursts of stimulation, and sensory deprivation. Prepare to surrender to Ravena Rose, Mistress of Fire. In this immersive workshop, we journey through the Seven Stages of Alchemy, a transformational arc that mirrors the experience of working with fire itself. Beginning with awareness and respect for risk, we move through melting, discernment, connection, intensity, refinement, and ultimately integration. Each stage reveals not only technical skill, but a deeper relationship to sensation, trust, and the body as an instrument of experience. Learn to create an intentional ritualistic setup to curate your space for a safe and successful sensory experience. We will go over safety precautions & preparation; including wax physics, injury prevention, emergency burn care, and after-care. We will explore different types of wax, temperature calibration, and a range of sensation techniques, from delicate drips to layered pour, while emphasizing communication, consent, and embodied awareness throughout.
