Intentional speakers with amazing messages at Women’s Summit 2026. 🤍

Being authentically yourself really is the secret sauce, and leaning into that this year has been so good for my soul. Grateful to hear their messages, be inspired, and leave feeling even more encouraged to keep showing up as myself.
What if it all works out!

The amazing swag energy of Raven is something we can only bask in the glory of….

And trust me - we fan girled her HARD.

Thank you for having her as a speaker today @kcbizjournal and for always letting me sit at your table @haileebwalsh (most magnetic emcee in the land)

And thanks for always agreeing to be a little creep stalkerish with me @pook0218 and @villalobosvitality

I love everything about working for the Current. Nora and Cash are always wanting to come with me when I work, understandably so. Tonight, I didn't have to work, so I was able to bring them to their first Current match... and it didn't disappoint.

The staff and players are absolutely incredible and today was no exception. The kiddos had an amazing time, and both, in fact, said this was the best day ever!!

So, thank you to the team, staff and fans for doing what you do best; being friendly, positive, encouraging, and fun. New core memories were made for all three of us tonight. I couldn't have made this day so special for them without all of you!!

Needless to say, they can't wait to go to another match!!

@ravenjemison, President of the @kccurrent of the National Women’s Soccer League (@nwsl), is helping build one of the fastest-growing franchises in women’s sports.

But her impact extends beyond the pitch. Through her leadership and her book, she’s committed to helping more women navigate the sports industry and own their seat at the table.

As Jemison puts it: “Figure out the best way to communicate your value to your peers, leadership, and the organization.”

An engaging and thought-provoking armchair conversation at #NASPA26 featuring Raven Jemison in dialogue with NASPA President Amelia Parnell.

President of the Kansas City Current and a longtime sports business executive with experience across the NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, and now the NWSL, Raven brought powerful perspective to the conversation.

Grounded in insights from her book, “More Than Representation: The Cheat Codes to Own Your Seat at the Table,” the discussion challenged us to think more deeply about leadership, identity, and what it truly means to create spaces where individuals can not only be present—but thrive.

It was evident Raven’s message resonated—the line for audience questions just kept going. Absolutely awesome.

Very grateful to Raven for joining us and sharing her story.
