The moment we stop speaking negatively about ourselves is when we can open the door for success. Loving yourself is so important & as humans it’s important for all of us to have self love. I’ve never felt better in my life than I do now. Being vegan & staying active has completely changed my mindset. #vegan#veganlife#veganlifestyle#veganfitness

Oltre usarlo in quasi tutti i composti salati..
Parola difficile, troppo simile a "Sapere" o addirittura a "Saccente"..
Avocado🥑,malto ..Frullato 😃

EAT TO BEAT BLOATING.
We are all familiar with the feeling of bloating. It gives us discomfort and zaps energy. Often as you start the day your abdomen feels fine but as the day is progressing you start to feel clothes tighten and tired.

The first important thing to establish is to make sure that you chew your food slowly as the body is dependant on what happens in the first part of the digestive system. You definitely should not be eating and moving as the body will feel stressed because you are rushing about. This diverts the flow of energy from your digestive system to your extremities.
Your body literally shuts down your digestive function and food stagnates. Making you feel bloated and giving you gas

Foods to help your digestive system such as FERMENTED FOODS help rebalance the gut microflora so include cabbage, kimchi live yogurt and kefir.

BITTER SALAD LEAVES like rocket endives watercress artichoke and dandelion leaves and radicchio are amazing to include as they stimulate bile flow add some fresh lemon with the leaves for added digestive benefits. These salad leaves are also higher in Vitamin K and folate.

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR is an effective natural treatment to combat gas and bloating. Try incorporating it into salad dressings and have in a little water before a meal. Use unpasteurised and unfiltered apple cider vinegar.

FRUITS AND VEGETABLES eating a variety of these. As in order to thrive with a variety of different bacteria for good health we need to eat different types of textures and colours from plant based foods.

CITRUS FRUITS sharp cirrus fruits such as lemons oranges grapefruits trigger stomach acid production this helps your body enormously in breaking down your food before it goes into the intestines.

PRUNES as bloating is often a sign of constipation and not eating enough fibre or drinking enough fluid. Prunes do help to maintain normal gut flora and function.
The other reasons that may cause bloating are:
Dairy intolerance if you do not produce the enzyme lactose to break lactose down this can cause bloating and gas.
Food intolerances certain foods may cause each of us discomfort and bloating.
Lastly not eating enough.
