🎶 After it was announced that Michelle Ackerley will be taking on Pudsey’s Build a Band Challenge for Children in Need, she headed to a music shop with Rav to find some inspiration before learning an instrument in just six weeks!

He holds my plate during a link so I can shove one of Sheree's tasty apple pastries in, the moment we go to a VT. He holds my cards, passes me drinks, checks i'm ok, calms me when I have the occasional panic. He's one of the most wonderful people to have on your side when you're working on a programme you love so much.

We pay tribute to our friend and broadcasting legend Dame Esther Rantzen, who has died at the age of 86.

We remember a trailblazing broadcaster, campaigner and charity founder whose warmth, determination and commitment to giving a voice to others inspired so many of us at Morning Live. Her incredible legacy will live on.
