RAW RESEARCH🔎
.
I’ll be straight up with this. Big kudos to @mercy_denied_ for changing my life around for the better. Big kudos to the rest of the folks tagged for sharing their knowledge for others to take notes from.
.
What I used to eat:
Ultra processed sugary shit. Just like any other idiot who didn’t know better and fell for propaganda. Believed plant based was the holy grail, even when I was training Calisthenics from 2021-2024.
.
What I eat now:
Raw beef, raw eggs, (new raw) butter, (new raw) cheese, and that’s what I base my eating around 90% of the time now. Now, from the folks I follow, as well as Ostyn, and questioning everyone and everything what I was told to believe: I can confidently say, animal based foods work. RAW FOODS WORK. As long as you source TOP QUALITY.
.
Thank you all for helping change, and improve my life, at 25 years old. Keep doing what you guys do, don’t stop❤️💪
