This...and no stress.

A whole day to myself in Tulum. No phone. Just beach walks, sun, swim, and a little yoga wherever I felt like it.

I love being alone like this. Never lonely. Just quiet, clear, and completely mine.

We need these days.

During my stay at @ikalbungalowstulum , I’ve been enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and the simplicity of eco-conscious living.

One of the highlights was a beautiful yoga session with @yolandadomazet @raw_practice

Yoga is so much more than movement. It’s about connecting your mind, body, and soul, being present, finding balance, and learning to breathe through it all.

Yolanda is truly a gifted instructor. Her beautiful energy, gentle guidance, and passion for what she does made the experience so special.

If you’re in Tulum and looking for an amazing yoga instructor, I highly recommend her!

Thank you, Yolanda, for such a grounding and beautiful experience. 🤍

My mom just turned 50.

Fifty years, and she's been showing up for this one — every step of it — for as long as I can remember.

We visited @casaakubali together, and something about it felt like a preview. It starts up on the rooftop, above everything, looking out over the jungle with a kind of clarity you don't get down at ground level. Then it moves inward, down into the house, into something quieter and more grounded. That's close to what I want to build next — perspective first, then presence. Spaces and moments that don't just look beautiful, but actually bring people back into themselves. Wellness, connection, experience.

She's been part of that vision from the start, in ways most people won't see credited but I'll never stop crediting.

Happy birthday to the woman who taught me what it means to actually show up. Here's to what's coming — for both of us @yolandadomazet 🤍

You’ve built the vision.
You know the experience you want to create.
Now give it the setting it deserves.

Bring your community together by the Caribbean and create a retreat they’ll carry with them long after they leave.

Peace doesn’t always look like doing nothing.

Sometimes it’s coffee by the ocean.
A morning swim.
A long lunch.
Bare feet in the sand.
Laughing with someone you just met.

Peace looks different here. Find yours at Amansala.

Send this to someone you would like to visit Amansala with.

Move because it feels good.
Breathe a little deeper.
Eat well. Swim in the ocean. Rest when you need to.

Sometimes the reset you’re looking for is simpler than you think.

Give yourself the space to slow down at Amansala.”

Morning movement.
Shared breakfast.
Workshops and conversations.
Time to rest.
Moments by the sea.
Coming together again as the sun goes down.

Every retreat has its own rhythm.

What could yours look like at Amansala?

The best way to understand what it’s like to host a retreat at Amansala?

Hear it from the people who have already brought their communities here.

Every retreat is different. Every vision is personal. And we love seeing how each one comes to life.

Ready to host yours?
