I stayed in Little Italy at an awesome @airbnb.

Full disclosure: I was nervous about staying solo in an Airbnb, as it was a first for me, my wife reassured me multiple times that I would be fine 😅

She was right! The hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming and the location was perfect 👌

Books and bookmarks on hand and ready to go! ✅️

I loved walking around TO and imagining all the places "2 Things" could go! A lot of opportunity to settle nervous systems in the busy city. 📔

Magical little used bookshop in TO @balfour_books - perhaps when some TO locals finish their read of "2 Things", it'll find its way here to pass on the message that YOU are enough and have everything you need right now to feel good in your body 💛

@typebooks was another incredible bookstore I got to visit! Beautiful atmosphere and such a friendly and welcoming staff! Highly recommend 👌

I did leave behind one signed copy here! Would love to do an event here and get to sign some more 📔 ✍️

One of many dreams for the mission of this book is for it to find it's way into the world of therapy and integrative medicine where I believe it can be a valuable tool to helping others on their healing journey,

One breath and one kind action at a time ✨️💛

Really enjoyed the different cafes I got to frequent while I journeyed around TO.

What can I say? The book really goes well with a nice patio and an espresso ☕️ 🤌

Got to meet up, in the flesh, with my incredible publicist @ideashopcanada !! I am so incredibly grateful to this man, for seeing me, seeing the book and the message I'm trying to share with the world. Chris is exceptional at his craft, and it comes from a place of authenticity and care, his support, insight, and friendship throughout this journey has been invaluable to me 💛

Got to meet up with some longtime friends who played a role in my journey and where I am today. @sophie.rooney is one of those special people, she is a phenomenal acting coach in TO who runs @rawactorstudioto - check out her work if you've got the acting bug or know someone who does! Her career spans years and m

2025 was an interesting year. It was slower for the vast majority and then picked up like gangbusters near the end.

However, those slow months taught me resilience, taught me to never stop learning and improving, and gave me unforgettable memories with unforgettable people

See you all in 2026

Welcome to #WebsiteWednesday
Seeing as my website, www.SeanIrvine.com is up and running I thought I’d take each Wednesday to feature a page from the site!
🏫
I couldn’t think of a better way to start than by featuring the people on the site who have, do, and continue to guide my acting journey every day!
🎭
There are a limitless amount of great mentors out there, and I would be remiss if I didn’t recommend each of these great teachers!!!
🎞️
Check out the @rawactorstudioto , @auditioningwithnappo and @actorswayin who ALL HAVE CLASSES COMING UP!!!
🎙️
And don’t forget your vocal training with great dialect and voice coaches like @advoice_studios , @talklikethat_com and @deniseolivervo
