For decades, sewage from Tijuana has been flowing across the border into the Pacific. Imperial Beach has been closed for over 1,000 days. Water samples showed contamination levels 200 times the federal limit.

Families are getting sick. Surfers are out of the water.
Why has it been allowed to get this bad?

As a professional chef, it’s my job to source the best quality food for my clients.

It’s what I spend the most time doing, thinking about, and researching because it’s an ever changing landscape.

When you start with the best quality food, the ingredients shine for themselves. This is my entire philosophy around food.

When it comes to seafood, we’ve been told that wild caught seafood is best because commercial farmed aquaculture farms hoard huge vats of fish with barely any room to swim causing them to get sick, be given antibiotics, and lack the coloring we’re used to.

Yes, there are farms that operate like this. But
S E A T O P I A is different.

At the core of their values is transparency and providing you with the cleanest and healthiest fish possible.

They third party test their fish for mercury and microplastics, provide detailed information about the farm your fish is coming from, and only source from farms that upholding the highest possible standards.

It’s sushi grade, pregnancy safe, and some of the most delicious seafood I’ve personally ever tasted (especially the Ora King Salmon).

For my private chef clients, I source from Seatopia because I know I’m getting the best of the best.

What a beautiful evening in Miami hosting a special dinner party with our friends from @seatopia 🐠 !

Hosting intentional dinner parties is a love language for Taylor and I. From NY to LA and now in Florida, it’s so special to gather people IRL with food, music, film, fashion and art.

This dinner party we welcomed influential women in the wellness and health space to warm their palate with Seatopia’s delicious, microplastic free, and ethically sourced fish cooked to perfection by Chef @taylordeornelas .

We loved learning more about their honorable mission behind ethically sourcing the best quality seafood, and sustainable and regenerative practices.

Amazing food, uplifting company and good vibes it’s my kind of summer evening! Thank you for the wonderful experience. ✨

$165 million spent to build the Weingart Tower so the people living in Skid Row can watch people jump out the windows. Families like this one living on the street should be the absolute first priority for help yet here they are, in the shadows of these multi-million dollar projects helping no one. This is the homeless industrial complex at work. 📷 @rawcuba

JayK didn’t just grow up in Palm Beach… he survived it. The streets taught lessons most people never have to learn. Pain, loss, and trauma shaped the man behind the music.

But instead of letting it break him, he turned it into purpose, voice, and power.

Every bar, every record, every performance carries a piece of that story.

This isn’t just music.
This is life translated through sound ✨
